Terms and Conditions with Colored Contact lenses

Order Processing and Shipping:

Normally we dispatch every non prescribed colored contacts order within 24 hours. We offer the regular post service. Your order will be delivered normally within 3-9 Business Days Monday to Friday (After Dispatch).

To keep you well informed, we will notify you via email with tracking number when your order has been processed and shipped.

If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order, in this case please refer yourself to our cancellation Policy.

Return Policy:

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with Colorcontacsforsale.com. If you are unhappy with the colored contact lenses an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, with the dispatch note, unused, for a full refund within 30 working days. We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

Refund Policy:

If you would like to return your items you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Colored contacts lens vials or blister packs must not be opened. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

There will be no refund if contacts have been opened and then claim contact is damaged. The ONLY way we can refund you for damaged items is if package are sealed and you notice any damaged. We recommend you to send us a picture to prove the damage to our email to process a refund through our Damaged Department.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Worth to note that, not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed.

Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable items. Refund will be processed only after the product returns to us. If you parcel being returned dues to (incorrect address given by customer, unclaimed parcels) and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount.

Liability Clause:

Neither colorcontactsforsale.com  nor any of it’s employees, agents, or representatives shall be held liable by you, the purchaser, against any claim, loss, damage or personal injury caused by the use or misuse of these cosmetic contact lenses, whether to you or a third party.

You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, the purchase of these cosmetic lenses must be concluded by your parent or legal guardian. You acknowledge and agree that these cosmetic contact lenses are for temporally use only and are not intended for daily wear.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.  Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
